How long will my order take?

Order times vary based on all kinds of factors. Delivery or supply of custom or specific materials, creation of new patterns, feedback during the review phase, etc. Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for your creation to be made and delivered. If your order is taking longer to complete I will let you know.
How do you calculate cost on custom orders?

I have an equation that is based on materials used, pattern cost or time of making a pattern, and labour. All custom orders will be quoted prior to ordering so you will know upfront what the cost and pricing options will be.
What kind of materials do you use? Where do you souce your yarn from?

Wherever possible I use natural fibre yarns, organic and locally sourced. The type of yarn depends on the product that the customer wants but I always go for the highest quality yarn available. I have yarn suppliers from all over Australia depending on what the yarn is made out of.
Do you custom make and sell patterns?

Yes, I can absolutely create a pattern for you so that you can make your own creation! Talk to me about what you're looking for.
